This Professional Coaching Certification (PCC) is an extension of the ACC, and delves deeper into the critical skills needed to coach founders and teams. The 80-Hour program builds on the core coaching tenants offered in the ACC, and looks at the coaching presence, building the bridge between the person and the process. Practical application of founder coaching, as well as of course a more detailed toolkit with which to tackle the world of enterprise coaching.
