AEE SCHOOL
Over the last 15 years, AEE faculty members have developed a number of practical enterprise programmes for university students all over the world, and we have watched many go on to create successful businesses across a wide range of sectors. In recent years, our research has highlighted the need for a more practical approach towards enterprise education. Specifically, based on our analysis of real-life requirements, we believe in an approach based on ‘real’ academic research which is empirically tested in universities worldwide.
Our specialist Start-Up School, was designed with this need in mind. At AEE we provide you with more than just a ‘chalk and talk’ method of enterprise education, we provide ILM & City Guild accredited materials, taught in many of the world’s leading institutions, and using our TPA Method ™ we have collated them to make the journey more practical and valuable for you.
We know from experience how difficult starting a business can be, with a prospective entrepreneur who has a great idea often not knowing where to begin or who to ask for help, and feeling totally overwhelmed. We have all asked ourselves similar questions at one time or another in our lives: “What do I want to be when I grow up?”; “What’s next?”; “What can I do with the skills I have?”; “How can I generate an income from something I love?” Starting a business is exciting, but also daunting. Again, common questions and doubts usually arise: “Do I even have a business idea?”; “Can I make money from a hobby?”; “Is my idea even viable?”; “Will anyone take me seriously?”; “Will anyone buy what I’m selling?” A sense of direction and purpose is needed, but so is practical knowledge, support, guidance, and insights from experts in the field.
So many entrepreneurs have incredible ideas but are scared to get started, or simply do not know where to begin with selling or pricing. Our key driver at AEE is helping others to realise the value in their own ideas. We do this by creating clarity. The aim of Start-Up School is, to “help you to help yourself and your business” by creating:
Clarity on the Mindset
Clarity on the Type of Business
Clarity on the Idea and its Value
Clarity on the User
Clarity on the Brand
Clarity on the Process
Clarity on the Strategy
Clarity on the Operations
Clarity on the Money
Clarity on What’s Next
The AEE Start-Up School provides a practical toolkit which can be used to tackle the world of business start-up and growth – but most importantly, with the understanding of how to use it, where and how to start, and a tailored, step-by-step business strategy with someone on hand to show you the way. We also a have a few surprises for our budding entrepreneurs along the way with our pitch perfect event in May 2022.
